Not to sound like an illiterate idiot here, but I don't quite get this part in the the Water Quality/Heating section:

"Heaters should not be plugged in for 15 minutes after insertion and should not be taken out for 15 minutes after being unplugged."

I'm sorry, but that just gave me a headache.

When you first put the heater into the water, it shouldn't be plugged in. It should sit in the water for 15 minutes to acclimate to the water temp. The same thing should be done before removing it. Unplug it and let it sit and cool down before removing it from the water. Doing differently could cause the heater to blow, and in some cases, shatter.

Example of this..

I took my heater out, set it on the table. The table started to melt, I paniced. Grabbed the heater and put it under freezing cold water and BAM....
