Taking care of your turtle's overall health.

Hi there. I have a fluval 3 filter. Lately I've noticed it doesnt' seem to be working as well. Also, the little yellow "stick" at teh thop is always pushed in. I rememebr the box said SOMETHING about what this means but... I don't have the box anymore. Anyone know?

The people at the pet store sold me a whole bunch of polyester "filter fibers" and said I could use that instead of the traditional filter materials. Could this have something to do with it? Or, am I not cleaning the filter well enough?

Thanks! Shmeegal basks now, but... alas... his apetite has gone done. Keeping an eye on temperature...
