Yay, I finnaly got my heater. So now what temperatue do I set it is as for a baby RES?
He is now alot more active, I just changed his water. And he was going to eat and then he went and looked at the heater, so I decided to leave him alone for about 15 minutes and then go back and look to see if he as eaten :) Woot.
I hope he will!

For a healthy hatchling, 78F is fine.

what ever your basking temp is, make sure water temp is 10 degrees lower. 75-78 is fine, occasional dips in low 70's is not recommended but its not healthy for them long term.
