580 liters is roughly 150 gallons. Males get to be about 10 inches and females about 12 inches full grown and if you go by the 10 gallons per inch of turtle guideline would barely work for two males but not 3 or 4 full grown turtles.

i have three turtles that are 2-3 inches or so maybe bigger. iam taking care of a baby one for a month till the owner gets home. The baby RES has no problem, he swims with the other turtles, basks, eats, and the other turtles dont bother him.
