General Care Discussion :: Blister?

Taking care of your turtle's overall health.

Post Posted: Thu Jan 11, 2007 9:40 pm   Blister?

My turt was pretty chubby when I got her. When she would out her head in her shell her neck rolls would cover almost her entire face. I noticed yesterday what appears to be a blister on the back of her neck where her skin folds.

Sorry about the bad quality...

In person it looks just like a blister we would get but brownish in color.

Opinions would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Poor Rascal! Take her to the vet & see what they say. Based on your pic & Carol's thread post, I think with an antibiotic cream it would clear up pretty fast.
