I see brownish areas down the spine (first and second pics). Are these what you're talking about? Do they look transparent when the shell is dry (the pics look like your turtle is in the water)? The line of the spine can be a little raised, especially when they're small. I can't really tell from your pictures---it doesn't look like pyramiding, though. The seam/lines in between the scutes are really noticeable, which indicates your turtle is growing. Turtles shed as they grow, so I suppose that's a possibility. A pic of the shell dry would be nice. Your turtle has such as sad face!
