I find my turtles sometimes like im not show how to describe it like i think fluttering there front claws at each other and it looks like they kiss? or something they dont fight or bite each other but like put their noses right up against each other. they're about 4 1/2 inches and i havent determent the genders yet. they do it like unno i catch them atleast like once a week or so or maybe once a day somethin like that. anybody have that happen? any help would be nice. ^_^

That's just their way of settling a territorial dispute. It's also part of courtship but I doubt your turts are mature enough for that yet. Just make sure it doesn't escalate to aggression (biting, harassing)

oh well ive had them since their lil babies oh and i forgot to put my other question >_<! they also sometimes when they are basking go on top of each other is that normal?

That's normal too. They're just competing for the hot spot. Mine used to wrestle for it and one would always end up in the water. Now they stack regularly.
