Is this the first day you've noticed it? It's probably nothing, especially if he's eating.......just keep an eye on him.

wow, 60 is WAY too cold. He could possibly die or try to hibernate in those temperatures. It must be 75-78... You need to get a heater ASAP, like tonight it you can. He might already have RI if the temp is fluctuating that much and it is that cold.

Do you live in an igloo :)? For the water to be 60 it must be realy cold in your house.

My turtles sometimes go in a "sleepy mood" and sometimes they dont want to eat for a day or two, which is normal. But if you start noticeing (crooked swimming, open mouth breathing, sneezing, coughing) then you should worry, but for now keep an eye out and try getting a better heater, you might also want to set the temp at 80 degrees for a couple of days, then slowly drop it down to 75 degrees.

The fact that quinn is eating is very, very good BTW.

I would leave your turt in the tank as the water is gradually heated up. I mean, as soon as you get your heater and turn it on, let it heat up slowly. DONT take your turt out of the water at 60 degrees and then put her back in when its 78-80....
