at what size do res start to eat fish??

Any size, just make sure they are rosy red minnows or guppies...pretty much anything but goldfish, which are high in fat and have no nutritional value

i have a guppy with my res but they dont bother to even go after them
what shuld i do

Just leave it, if he feels like eating it someday he will. Untill then it's nice to have a few fish in the tank to eat leftover bits of food.

Yeah..if he doesnt want to eat it, dont force him. Let him take his time, it could take days and maybe even months before he decides to eat the guppie.
