Water temp is one of the causes, over feeding can be another.

You're the person from Japan? Lower that water temp (and basking area temp if it's too high).

What are you feeding, how much and how often?

Do you have a good filter? Are you changing the water regularly? (A high ammonia level will also cause shedding.)

Uhhhh no i am not from Japan:D im from europe.
Im feeding him Reptomin turtle pellets once a day.(as much as goes in the head if it where hollow)And some greenleaf lettuce when i have it,And very rarely i give my turtle dried shrimp as a treat.

I have a Fluval 304,with the old filter i did partial water changes and every month full water change.
(i have my new filter only 6 days now.)

Sorry, I confused you with Wyredhardware (both W's) who is dealing with a heat problem.

If the temps are too high, getting them down would be good.

I looked at some of Bamboo's pictures. Has Bamboo been growing a lot? In some of the later pics, it looks like Bamboo has scutes to shed.

You might cut down a bit on the pellets and try some other foods in the diet, especially leafy green plants or some aquatic plants if you can buy them where you are.
