Taking care of your turtle's overall health.

I came home for lunch today at noon because Capri wouldn't eat in the morning. I fed him at lunch and he ate just fine. I found poo with some red on it. I don't know if it was blood or what.
Now I came home and I put a little piece of food and he didn't even bother looking. THEN I noticed his left eye was closed but his right was open...

I'm scared.... Maybe he scracthed it? What about the red poo?

What have you been feeding him? Usually the poo takes the color of what it has been eating. Otherwise, I'm not sure.

Has he eaten anything like red bell peppers, red grapes, etc.? If so, the poo can have some red to it from the skin, which isn't digested.

I feed him pellets (pinkish brownish), dried shrimp (yellowish), shrimp (pinkish). It's the same stuff I feed Greeny but her poo is normal.

Once a day is a little too frequent for shrimp (high in protein). How many do you feed at one time?

Try to make shrimp more of an occasional treat, and only feed a few when you do feed them. How many pellets do you feed them and how often?

Was the red poo a one time thing or does his poo still have red in it?
