In three years. Not once. Oh, there is plenty of evidence of his pooping. But I have never seen him in action. And it's not like he goes off someplace private to do it. His turds are always laying there in plain view right in the front of the tank.
How does he do that? Magic?
I think he waits until he knows no one is watching, which is a problem, since his feeding tank (which is also supposed to be his pooping tank) has clear sides. He refuses to poop in that tank. Flat out refuses. We'll leave him in there for an hour, two even, and he will wait until he's back in his home to poop.
Who knew turtles were such private creatures?
