Well that's what I'm trying to find out. The water is clean and clear. Idk if it moss growing. Or if I should just rid of it.

It's the light and the 'nutrients' that make the algae or moss grow. Usually is a good thing because your tank has everything it needs for 'growth'. Not sure if that last part made since. I wouldn't take it out. I don't care for the algae, makes it look more natural to me, but that's just me. And of course as long admits not all over the place. Dirty water will also make algea go and make things look horrible.

Year. I like the look as well and was thinking bout getting myself a few moss balls. But if this doesn't hurt my wood turtle I would love to keep I growing.

It might become invasive filling the whole tank. If conditions are just right it can happen.

Well my basking area is drift wood, so I know the ramp part well most likely will get covered in it. My only concern is if he would like it and is it safe for him to live with. Been trying to watch some vid on YouTube but I found nothing.

Its safe for your turtle. Ponds and lakes are full of moss/algae. Might groow on your turtles shell but I'm not sure if that can happen in captivity?

I have pretty much the same thing on my basking rock. I like the natural look of it and not trying to get rid if it. I like it.:-)

I like a little algae on my cork bark. The turtle might nip at it though. What kind of dirt wood is that.

And for the drift wood not much, just when to a river and got it.
