I personally know people who have had BAD experiences...sick turtles: babies with blotchy skin and eye problems, Resp. Infection etc.
That is reason enough for a potential buyer to NOT buy from them, plus all the treatment issues people have been telling you. It's like buying from someplace that use child labor.
It might seem cheap at first but they will ship for more than they say (i think it's something like $20 but it's more like $40.
I recommend turtlesource [not reputable], or TurtleInc.com - looking online Kingsnake classifed ( just type in your google search: turtle classifed)
turtlesource [not reputable] will cost about $10 more but worth it.
