The fungus on the bigger res is disappearing slowly its fading.

Hes been basking more and stuff too.

Also, i mean the curved part on the base of tail, underside. One has a triangular shape, one has a curved base.

I haven't seen fungus disappear unless it was treated with the cream. It's whiteness/density may change in appearance due to how dry it is.

As for the underside curve... it's very possible that it is a male, but this is not a reliable method to sex aquatic turtles.

The fungus in and out of water is disappearing slowly, the res pattern on its shell is re-appearing.

Only very slowly though..but theres alot more basking etc.

So the curved base is usually male? Whats the triangular base?

The concave plastron (curved base) that you speak of really doesn't apply to aquatics, but rather male land-based turtles such as wood turtles. I have no idea what you mean by a triangular base.
