Welcome to the site!
I see in your other post you said she's stopped eating... has she been acting like she wants to escape the tank? If that's the case, she may be gravid and needs someplace to lay her eggs. You can look on the mainsite for info on nest boxes, and how to deal with gravid females. They'll lay eggs with or without males around, they'll just be infertile eggs.
The jagged edges on the shell can mean rapid growth, how much do you feed and how often?
And finally, your signature pic does need to be a bit smaller, it distorts the whole page... but she is a cutie, what's her name?

Here's the info on here on the subject. You'll notice there are some links to other sites about half way down the page. If you follow them you'll find more detail about nesting sites.

From the photo it looks like your turtle is retaining some scutes which will result in the jagged edge like you're noticing at the front of her shell. Has she ever shed scutes since you've had her?

What's her diet like? Could be a form of pyramiding?

From the picture you posted here:

I think you really need to invest some time and money into a better setup, starting with the basking area.

I didn't notice until I just looked at the picture again, but that basking dock is submerged. You can have some serious shell issues if the turtle cannot bask and dry itself completely. Do you have basking lights?
