That's not pyramiding, but it does look like your turtle is ready to shed. What is his set up like?
Also, this really isn't urgent care, urgent care is for serious health issues and emergencies. This would be more appropriate in a general care topic.

It really dosen't look like much, look like jus needs to shed. You might want to take a picture from the side without flash......
