Now i have my Turtles in a Turtle house that we bought from the pet store when we bought them outside. But im planning for the future and im planning on moving them into my room in a nice aquarium. But my room is Air conditioned. . . Its not always on but if im inside it it most likely is. How would this cold air affect the RES? And is it advisable to even bring them into a AC room?

Should be fine as long as your basking temps are right. I can't imagine AC in a room would bother them, if they're underneath a nice warm heat lamp.

Also i'd keep an eye on tank temperatures as well, heater is a must in an AC room if you ask me.

Drafts can lead to respiratory infections so make sure the tank isn't near any vents.
What temp are you keeping the room at?
You should be able to maintain tank temp with heaters and basking lights.

Tri-dude -- Your AC will not bother the turtles but you need to make sure the temperature stays at the 78-79 degrees and the basking is at 90-92. When the AC is on you will have to make sure that he doesn’t get chilled if you take them out of the aquarium. It may cost you a little extra in your power bill. I have all my tanks in AC and my power bill shows it. In the winter my power bill is normal as the tanks help keep the house warm.

ok so it is advisable to get a heater for the tanks water and a good quality basking light (that can produce 90-92 degrees)and i should be fine? The tank itself will not be place anywhere near the AC vent as the ac vent is in the corner of the room and the tank's space is in somewhat of the middle of the room. anything else i should need to know?

Tri-dude -- Read all the stickies and go from there. In regards to lighting you will a light for light/heat and light/uvb. If your will read the stickies you will find the proper volume of water, proper filtration, etc. Very clean water is also important.

With a heater and basking lamps you will be fine so long as the tank is not in a direct draft.
