how long should a turtle shed its skin for?...ive seen the comparison...of low, normal and high skin shedding...its low-normal...but shes been doing it for months and im wondering if thats normal?

i dont really know if there is a set time. how warm is the water? water that is too warm can cause excess skin shedding.

My turtle sheds a little all the time. Sometimes more, sometimes less. As long as it's not too heavy, i wouldn't worry about it.

my turtle sheds his skin often as well, like it would seem to go on for months at a time. it's just a normal part of their life

ok sweet then...as i said its no excessive shedding just a lil bit...but for a long time

I've only seen Snappy sed her normal skin once so far but when she did it was alot all at once.
