General Care Discussion :: freakin laser beams?

Taking care of your turtle's overall health.

Post Posted: Fri Sep 05, 2008 9:03 pm   freakin laser beams?

I was wondering if I could attach a small laser to one of my turtles. You know, for intimidation purposes if someone decides to break in. I could say, "I have a turtle with a freakin laser beam attached to it, is my tv really worth it ?"

Also, I have over 9000 guppies I believe, that my turtles WON'T EAT. Any idea what I can do to them? I mean other than taunting them with boxes of fish sticks and telling them "THIS IS WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU!"

Here are pictures of said attack turtles. Also the pleco is pretty menacing.

Wow, just wow ... I'm going to say no to death lasers on the turtles, since they might death laser each other. However, you can always just say your turtles have laser beams as a threat, I mean, who wouldn't be terrified of someone quoting Austin Powers?!

And in terms of your tank, I think you can fill that baby up, or get a bigger tank. Your turtles look plenty big enough to have deeper water, and they'll appreciate it!

I'm setting up a new tank for Spike and should have enough capacity for a few new fish....based on my calculations, can you send me about 2,492 of them...

Oh, and do not talk to my son about lasers. He has already been 'using his imagination' after seeing those laser lights that they sell for fish tanks! Sounds like you and he have similar 'active imaginations' ....lol...:-)

Will do captain. And as far as the laser beams, we've decided to attach it to the dog instead.

"beware of turtle's with death laser beams"

You are weird!!!!!!

But funny! :)

What you could do is train your turtles to go ninja and jump out of his tank and attack anyone that they don't know.
Just an idea though.

Hmmm...ninja turtles...just doesn't have that 'ring' to it, kinda needs something to make it roll off the tongue a little better...

I actually have a sign on my tank now that says "Beware of attack turtle", we found it when we were out somewhere and bought it!
