I got a problem where both of my RES look, shake, but barely touch each other. Ive seen them doing it twice this couple days.

Is this a sign of sexual reproduction?

They are shaking their paws? There is a chance it is a mating ritual if you have a male and a female, but more likely it is aggression.
Keep an eye out for biting. If they start biting, you will need to separate them ASAP.

I couldn't tell if they're a male or a female. I had them more than 1 year and next February will be 2nd year. After they shook their paws they didn't do anything afterwards

They are less than 5 inches.

If they are over 4", then you should be able to tell their sex. Check out this page to determine their sex:

If you're still not sure, post a picture of their front claws and their tails, and the members of the forum will be able tell you

They are probably showing aggression, Seperate them into two tanks if you can.

Ok I took some pictures and see what you guys think. Both of them I bought at the same time. The bigger RES is more aggressive than the other one, trying to bite my finger and made hiss sound

They both look like females to me. A pic of the front claws would help too. If they're both females, then Screw is right, and they need to be separated.

Less than 5 inches means they're at least 4 inches? The positions of the cloacas look like they're females. (They look like they're due to shed some scutes.)

yeah it looks like they are both females so you should get another set up ASAP or you might have to think about giving one of them up :/

You don't have to hold their paws. You can take pics of their feet while they're in the tank, just so long as we can see them clear enough to look at the length.

Yeah, it's much easier to sex the turtle visually (haha) if it's just floating in the water...otherwise they're all retracted into their shells.
