I am Worried about pyramiding and the brown area on the bottom of his shell.

No pyramiding though looks like some of those scutes need to shed. Bottom of shell looks fine to me.

Make sure his diet includes foods containing vitamin e. This will help with the shedding. Examples of good foods are blueberries, steamed sweet potato, apple peel.

That is good to hear, but how can i get him to eat good food . He his like his daddy and does not like to eat healthy .

Try a little steamed sweet potato. I know what you mean about young turtles not eating their veggies, but steamed sweet potato is a particular favorite and even a tough case like yours might go for it.
