(I wasn't sure where to put this topic.)

What do you all think about the Turtle Clean?

When should a sulfa dip be used? Should it ever be used if the turtle is perfectly healthy? Can it be used just a as a preventative measure?

What the heck is Ich and should this product be used to keep a healthy turtle free from harmful fungus and bacteria?

Turtle Clean- not harmful but unnecessary. It's basically a boost to your biological filtration. I think I remember a few people using too much and causing eye irritation, but I used it before and it did no harm. Bottom line here, you're better off just cleaning the tank regularly.

Sulpha Dip- no good. If you use it as a preventative, it won't be helpful if you need to use it for a problem. It can be used for treating shell fungus, but I don't believe it's the most effective treatment.

Ich Attack- a fish medicine. Ich is a common fish disease, I've never heard of a turtle having it. If youngabe fish and they have ich, you could use this to treat it.

the sulfa dip does very little even if there is a shell fungus. if it is used when there is no need the turtle can actually become immune to it.
