i just changed water two days ago and put new filters in four days ago can i use a bacteria supplement or is this bad for my turtle

Not bad, it's good. At least is it if what you used was a supplement meant to jump-start the bio filter.

just be careful with how much you use, rolo got sick from it once :(

What kind of bacteria is good for your turtle? I have my turt outside, does (S)he get the bacteria he needs from the sun etc...
