General Care Discussion :: Not basking after water change

I did a water change, and I don't think he has basked since. Has anyone else had this happen ?

maybe their just kinda shaken up. let them off for a while and see if they change a bit. leave them like that. if they dont bask for a while it seems normal. they've been taken out of their home and they just dont feel comfortable. so just let them be and they'll bask like before most likely

J-smooth -- Check your water temp. Turtles are temp driven in some of their behavior. If the water is too warm the will not bask as much. You may want to drop the water a couple of degrees and check the basking temp and make it about 90 to 91 degrees with uvb lighting. They like the difference.
