Few days ago i unplugged my filter, the next day i plugged it in and it didnt turn on, so i tightened the inlet pipe and filled it with water and it started up. i unplugged it again and now when i plug it back in, i tighten it and fill it with water and it doesnt start. it makes a grinding noise coming from inside the canister.
how can i get this thing starting
