General Care Discussion :: turtle possibly lethargic ???

Hi guys, every time i have looked at my turtle over the last week he jus seems to be sleeping!! he will definitely eaten and hasnt lost his appetite, but just seems to be abnormally sleeping not like he did before... maybe its because i mainly see him first thing in the morning and then again early evening, do u guys think this is it?? or is there something i should get checked out?? All parameters have been same his whole life which is about 2 years now, NOTHING has changed... please help, is he just bored?

The first things to check are what the water and basking temperatures are, and check nitrate levels.

Is he still basking? Have you noticed excessive yawing or mouth breathing?

All parameters are normal. He is basking fine and eating as normal with just as much enthusiasm

If he's otherwise normal, just keep a close eye on him for any other changes in behaviour.
Turtles do seem to go through "ups and downs" sometimes.

yea Im gettin a lil confused now sometimes he seems himself again then other times he isjus bein lazy well at the least i guess he has character
