i was wondering what part of the dandalion can u feed the turtles do u feed the green leaves part or the yellow or white flowers on the dandalions?

Feed the leaves, the smaller and tenderer, the better (but not with a lot of stalk). I buy dandelions at the supermarket, and sometimes, especially now (winter) some are brought in from your state and are really big (Bear brand). My turts will eat them, but not nearly as willingly as the organic ones, which are small and tender (and also from California and more expensive).

ok thanks alot and by the leaves u mean this part right?

Yep, those are the leaves. If you're taking them from a lawn or other outside area, make sure they haven't been sprayed with any pesticides, etc. You don't want to use them, even if you wash them, if they have.

ya i no i got that pic from google theres a plant store down the street from my house where they sell dandalions so ill buy them from there

Rinse even the store-bought ones well before offering them.
