Recently Ivan has been getting up onto her dock and then jumping/sliding off.... She has been doing this with a lot of frequency and its not to bask...She just gets up there looks around and is back in the water. This is not a normal behavior that I have witnessed in the past. What do you think?

Doesn't sound like it, is she responsive to you when she does this?

I have had her for about 4 years now. However I didn’t get her as a hatchling so I can’t tell you her real age.

I took her out yesterday to see if she would lay anything just in case (what could it hurt right)... However it was just a grassy area, I'll need to find some dirt... Will they lay in a grassy area or just dirt?

If I walk past her she may tuck into her shell a little, jerk away or jump off the dock...She is also active and eats fine. Is that what you mean by responsive Steve?

By responsive I mean, does she swim towards you and beg when you're present (assuming that is her normal response).

Then I would think she's not gravid. When my girl was gravid and wanting to get out of the tank, she pretty much ignored everything.
