Do they do a good job of cleaning the tank bottom? as in any noticeable changes?

I noticed more of a difference in my guppy tank than in my turtle tank, but they do clean up leftover food very well.

they are cheap enough where it wont hurt to drop a few in the tank.

they do a great job but my turtles never leave enough alive to keep their tank clean. that is their favorite on the menu.

iv found that crawdads do way better because they dont get eaten as easy as the ghost shrimp. I got one and he keeps EVERYTHING clean.
