General Care Discussion :: turtle sleeping a lot, eating less.

hi all,
My turtle have been sleeping a lot (in the day) under water in the corner, even when im looking at him!
I just cleaned the aquarium and my turtle's behavior seems a bit weird.
he bites his own arm from time to time and do a movement like if hes eating under water.
kinda like hes breathing... but under water. and when i gave him food, oddly, he barely ate, he took two bites and left the rest for the other turtle.
normally, hes really playful, eats a lot, etc...
what can be wrong?

Lethargy and apathy can be caused many reasons. If you can tell us more about the conditions you keep your turtles (the tank, water temperature, food you give him) or just post a picture we ll can tell you more.

My initial thought is that it's some irritation from chlorine. Has there been any other symptoms? Other changes to the tank?
