General Care Discussion :: Blanket over tank??

Hello,
so i just recently moved and now I have the turtle in my room. Being as how I am on vacation right now, I'm up pretty late. Since I'm up late with my light on, so is my turtle. Is it OK to put a light blanket over the tank so he can have darkness?? Can i leave it the whole night? I know if i cover my head with a blanket i eventually need some fresh air.

I wouldnt even worry about it, your turtle will sleep even with light on he will be fine. When I have my turtles inside for winter im up late with a light on and will look over and see turtles sleeping.
