is a baby res described by its size or by is actual numbered age i have a two year old RES but hes only 1 inch soooo idkk wheather to give him adult food or baby food and by food i mean pellets

Not sure on the age thing but food is generally the same between the hatchlings etc, it's just a matter of portion size which is what you could fit in the turtles head if it were hollow.

All the food is the same. You can buy the adult pellets, and then just break them into smaller pieces like the baby pellets.

This one will varie between people but for me, I just give niko about 6 rosie red minnows a month. As he gets older / bigger I might increase to more but I wouldnt go over 12, and 12 is something I wouldnt feed til he was like 8" or so, right now he's at about 4.5".
