Thought This Was Shedding At First...And Actually The Flakes Can Be Seen In The Tank.. After Seeing Another Topic Where I Thought I Saw A Similar Condition,I Thought Of Asking. And That Brown Stuff Is Algae... It Goes Away When Scrubbed By A Toothbrush. Please Tell Me Whether This Is Shell Rot,Fungus Or Just Shedding..And Underwater It Looks Very Shiny Too.. I Don't Have A UVB As I Cannot Get One In This Country.. They Bask For Around 2 Hrs A Day And Get Calcium+D3 Supplements Once A Week Or Two.. And They Shell Is Very Hard And They Are Very Active Too.. No Problems With Feeding.. They Around 2.5 Inch..Both Turtles Have The Same Condition..

It looks like both - shedding and fungus.

so if i do this:
Soaking in iodine sloution for 18 hrs
keeping her in a tak with clean water for 3 hrs for feeding and hydrating
and applying antibiotics on her shell and dry dock
will that help with the fungal problem ?

Iodine soaking is not advisable. Keep her in her regular tank with clean water and allow her to bask as much as she wants. Try to promote shedding first.
