General Care Discussion :: Tammy is acting funny..

So I saw her being aggressive towards Scratchy on Wednesday, and decided it was her turn to eat outside the tank. She doesn't like being handled, but it gave me an opportunity to give her a once over. Her pupils seem to be dilated to the point where the eye is almost entirely black, and I noticed that under her front limb is a bit swollen compared to the other side. Has anyone seen this before? MIght be time for a vet trip.

Swollen limbs are not a good sign. Is there aggression in the tank? Is Scratchy a male or female?

Tammy appears to be OK. Tammy is the aggressive one, they are both females. I think she is getting a bit fat, I watched her when I put the food in the tank, the water flow pushes the pellets to the other end of the tank, and Tammy sits there like pac man gobbling up the reptomin, while Scratchy gets whatever is left over. I have been switching them each time, so they both get to eat outside the tank. I think her eyes were dilated from the UVB bulb
