Scrubs - if she's biting the toothbrush you may want to grab her from behind. She won't like it, but...Here's how I do it: put her in a betadine, wait a few minutes while she gets over being ticked off (and let the gunk soften), "C" clamp her (gently) from behind - like your first picture only opposite (fingers support the bottom, thumb on top) hold just tight enough to keep her in place - you don't even need to take her out of the water all the way; just lift her enough to get your hand under there and keep her head above water - scrub, scrub scrub one section - Dip to rinse what you just scrubbed off....up, scrub, scrub, scrub another section...dip, scrub, scrub etc. If you need to scrub her plastron hold her upright like in your third picture and scrub, scrub...just don't turn her upside down - that causes the organs to put pressure on her lungs - Good Luck!!
