I've Got Them For A Year Now.I Feed Them The Turtle Pellets And Fish Or Bloodworms Once Or Twice A Month. I'm Really Worried About Their Shell Condition..At First I Thought It Was Shedding But The Whitish Layer Doesn't Go Away At All..I've Found Some Shedding Flakes In The Tank... The Shell Doesn't Smell And Is Hard Too.. The Water Here Is Hard And It Maybe Mineral Deposits Too...Please Take A Look And Give Me Your Opinion..

Here Are Some Photos

It's fungus... a pretty through case too. There are not that many effective treatments, the only one I've see truly work is silver sulfadiazine cream. You can try to have her shed... basking, UVB, and a wheat germ based koi pellet can help.
