How often does he sleep up there? How warm is up there? Does he only go up there when the light is on? How much are you offering him?

I'm not sure what the film is though I think it's coming from the material of the basking area you are using. It could be deteriorating or mildew.

I have only seen him sleeping there once.90 F. No. what do you meen offering him. yeah might be mildew.

I would work at getting a different ramp, one that is suitable to go into water.

Yeah i will get a new ramp as soon as possible. and im offering 2 pellets of baby turtle food and 2 pellets worth of tuna

You can move him to mainly pellets. Tuna will foul up the water quicker.

Yeah th prob now is im trying to get him to eat pellets and he won't take them

He will when he gets hungry enough!
