Just wondering. My friends' RES have liquid yellow/slightly green eyes, however mine has a blue eye and a yellow eye. They are dilute colors, which is normal. I always assumed that it was a lighting issue, but even out of water they seem to be the same colors. Is this normal ?

Lily died of RI a while ago

But Sunny's eyes are of different colors as far as I know, not sure if it's a lighting problem or a trick of the eyes.

From what I have read some forms of RES have blue eyes (e.g., an albino). It can also be the result of breeding, cross breeding and more breeding or an indication of eye problems such as blindness.
I'm no expert, but it sounds like your little one may simply be special
If dogs and cats can have two different color eyes, then why not turtles?
