Just because they mate does not mean she will eggs. Also it will take about a month till she developes the eggs. So if she does get eggs you will then have to remove her to a nesting box. Watch her closely for signs in change in behavior. Like become hyper, stops eating, starts digging into her basking area with her back legs.
As long as the males, organ goes back up into him it should be normal. If it doesnt and stays out. Then you have a serious problem.
