Hi all..
Does anyone know any name/brand of water conditioners that can treat hard water so that there will not be white deposits adhere to the tank?

We don't like to use conditioner if we don't have to, to soften the water without using chemicals (the safest way) you can add peat media to your filter, driftwood, or a reverse osmosis unit for the water. These methods won't put chemicals in your water.

I use a paper towel and do a quick wipe about once a week.
