Just left a restaraunt where there was a GORGEOUS turtle there. She has a black shell, black and white neck, black and white neck, and red and black plastron... What kind was she? Also, she's in a COIN POND with no heater and no lights and my heart is breaking and I honestly want to go take her and give her a proper home what do I do

We would need a pic to ID her. So many different kinds of turtles could have those traits.

I can't post any pics but I'm almost positive she's a painted turtle. And hahaha I want to just take her and give her a huge tank with everything she needs my heart is breaking for her!
