Hi...here's my problem, I have to travel to the caribbean in a couple of months where i will stay for almost a year, but I don't want to lose Tallulah and I don't have anyone who could babysit for that long. Does anyone know of a way for me to take her with me (legally)? Please let me know, i'm sad and desperate, she's only 9 mths old I don't want to lose her. :(

Where in the Carribean are you going? You should check the laws on the importation of RES to wherever it is (and know the laws on re-importing to the U.S. assuming you're going to bring your turtle back with you).

As for the airlines, you need to find out if any will allow your turtle on them.

You have a few months, you need to do some research.
