i was just sitting here quietly, and i hear all this splashing, and i look over and she's crazily flailing her arms and legs, splashing around, swimming against the glass. is this something to worry about?

They do that a lot. She's probably trying to get your attention. More likely she's probably begging you for food! :D

She wants food..if you already fed her then there is no need to feed her more, you wouldnt want to overdo it and feed too much!

But seriously, dont they act like you NEVER feed them?...

My mom always tells me "eddie, feed those poor things..they acts like they never eat"

me, "i fed them this morning!"

It sometimes makes me feel guilty..but I learned to control the urge to feed them more than they should eat.

I was going to say that there was a possibilty that she might be gravid. But I think that is very very unlikely for obvious reasons.

ice, what it means is that you're turtle probably needs to lay eggs. But since yours is so young, that's obviously not the case. Mine does the same thing as yours when he's begging for food.

keep an eye on her and make sure she's eating. If you notice other strange behavior feel free to post here and let us know if you're worried.
