Definatly take out the gravel. You have UVB and heat lights right? How big is this tank?

For decor, it looks a little sparse. Get rid of the gravel (didn't you say elsewhere that you thought your turtles were eating it?), add some (not many) polished river rocks and some fake plants for greenery. That would spruce it up a bit. What size is the tank?

Take the gravel out and it looks emtey try some rosy red minnows it will give your turt somthing to do mine shases his all day long

I'd put some kind of plants in there even fake ones cause it looks emty in there and trade the blue rocks to some dark or brown ones

Hi There

for gravel you could use Slate which you can pick up from your local
buildings merchants. Its big enough so the turtle's won't eat it but just
look at it lol.

Also its important that you wash it really good before you put it in the
tank. Use hot water then cold and put in the tank slowly.

I have used this my self for nearly a month or two now and it works great.
the tank is still clean and the floor looks great.

Just to remind everyone that Slate is used on House Roofing's so there's
should be no issue''s using it for your tank.

Just take out that gravel and you will be fine. Many people use glass thermometers with no problems.

I agree take out the gravel, and it dosent look like theres both uvb and uva lights? other than that great tank!

As for UVB and UVA - get your self some tube versions and replace your current one.

Tube Type: REPTI GLO 10.0 UVB TUBE [Check Ebay]

If you have two way lighting:------------------------
replace 1 light with a UVB and one with a UVA and that should do the trick.

If you have one way lighting:------------------------
look in to something that will provide you with both UVB and UVA. Bulb Type.

Like all the other folks on here keep saying lollllllllllllllllllllllllll - Take out your gravel
as your turtle will eat it and then you will be in major trouble.
