the water in the tank get green after days. is there a way to prevent it?

well, a better filter would help, i guess, but also, it looks to me as if you have too many turts in too small of an enclosure. the more water you have, the longer it will take to get green and gross.

Yep you need a large tank and large filter if you want a "show tank" for your turtles... Its hard to keep them clean even then with filter and water changes for the rest of there life. But it will be far less than cleaning all it out by hand constantly.

The green is probably caused by the fact that you have your tank infront of a window. Take the tank away from the windows, and the green should stop. I agree with everyone above me though, your turtles need more room. Right now you should be cleaning the tank, and filter once a week, along with partial water changes. That should hold you off until you can get a bigger tank. :)
