Habitat - Indoor :: Quick question about a turtle tank neutralizer

I know there are a few topics on these "white turtles" one can put in to give off calcium, however i was wondering if a tank neutralizer fortified with calcium would be safe to put in the tank. The brand is wardley and the ingredients are as follows:

Calcium Sulfate
Magnesium Sulfate
Sodium Chloride
Thiamine Hydrochloride ( Vitamin B1)

Also, if safe to use, should i remove the turtles from the tank before dropping it in. Thanks!

i dont know if they'll do any good to your turtle. it's okay to drop these in your tank while your turtle is there and they last for a long time if your turtle doesnt eat it. mine only lasted a week :[

im hoping your talking about your calcium block and not the actual turtle!

The general feeling is not to use these products. Their benefit is highly suspect and any medication might needlessly enable stronger microorganisms to develop in your turtle's tank.
