most of the tanks on ebay are pick up only though. if you can find one close to you though go for it

Try freecycle.org, even posting adds works. I got 2 29gals and a few 10gals. Sure too small for turtles but just right for my mice.
My town has it's own classifid adds
and Kijiji is good too
Then there is the good old newspaper
