I am changing the rocks in my tank . They are blue now... what color should I change to? They are big and not gravel before someone asks lol.

Go for natural river rock, I've seen vibrantly colored rocks leech their paint into the water.

I have clear glassy looking ones I got from PetSmart. Theyre very easy to clean since you can see through them. But it also makes the dirtyness more visible :-x

I would go for blue and green. and like steve said, it might not be a good idea to have them in there.
