i never heard of one of these. but to tell you the truth that is a great idea for a pond though. i like it

I've heard and seen them in person. They're way over priced.

People on other forums use them for certain size and species of turtles. If I remember correctly the depth isn't that great.

One thing is that you can't get that nice side profile of our turtles swimming..and your right it doesn't look that deep..

Very neat but $625 for a 200gal tank seems a bit steep for me lol.
My favorite things in the world:
1 res, 3 cats, 3 bunnies, 1 dog, 2 african clawed frogs, guppies, pleco, 30+ fancy mice, 2 hermit crabs and 4 small humans

They've been around... but I agree, they seem to be too expensive.

I've been thinking about getting them, but, I don't like the depth of the smaller ones. Nine inches on a medium tub means that, for a four inch turtle, the water level can only be five of six inches high, and a four incher enjoys way deeper water than that. I'd have to use the tub for my turtles while they are still young, which I don't want to do because they'll out grow it quick.

For clamp lamps they are awesome, though. And I love the land and water barrier, that they can still climb up. Totally eliminates the issue of making a turtle ramp. It's something they can slide down, too, which I think younger turtles would enjoy.
